Joe has been an excellent agent throughout the home buying journey, always going well beyond the call of duty. He was available at short notice to show us through the property, always available to answer questions, and respectful and courteous during contract negotiations. Joe has also provided excellent after sales service, something which I believe sets Joe apart from other agents. He was always available to open the home pre settlement so we could prepare for trades, available to answer all our questions, and ensuring the property is at an acceptable standard at settlement.
