This is by far the quintessential experience & overall journey end to end that every home buyer should enjoy. From the very first cold call I gave Josif, his professional knowledge together with his empathetic nature in which he embraced my situation and needs was instrumental. This was evident right throughout the process and Josif is what ultimately I can describe as the upmost respectful agent I have come across. This was consistent from day 1 up to today, long after a contract has been signed as Josif followed through with all his commitments. What makes Josif stand out from the rest, without disrespect to the typical sales agents in the broader surrounding suburbs, is his ability to ensure a consistent, fair and reasonable approach recognizing and working respectfully with a buyers opinion in a seller's market. Josif's ability to make the process, which is sometimes overwhelming for most, enjoyable and stress free, regardless of the outcome was exceptional. A big part of my decision was the journey we went on with the agent and vendor. Joe's fairness in doing right by his selling vendor and a prospect customer was first class. One of the long list of many examples would be his openness and transparency to connect buyer and seller where it made sense and beneficial to all parties without trying to control the narrative and ignore current market conditions just to win over a sale. Josif was always prepared to go out of his way and answer all questions or just chat when I need to bounce ideas and my general thinking about the current market conditions, especially during unprecedented times that the global pandemic in COVID-19 has surrounded us all with. Even when I was ready to push the button, Josif ensured I was given the space and information I needed to make a well informed and confident decision that I would not regret and boy has that been so true.
