Juanita, Kept use up to date with any interest in the property and looked after the rental of the house and tenants while property was on the market. she was persistent in chasing up prospective buyers as other agents we have tried did nothing. Thanks to Juanita's persistence we finally sold the property just before Christmas
I don’t even know where to begin - Juanita was an absolutely amazing agent and helped us secure our dream house at the right price. It could have easily been a difficult process, as the seller was living internationally in a village with minimal communication available, and the property was rural - we had a lot of questions about boundaries, approvals, sewage/water set ups, engineering of retainment of the side of the hill the house is built on, etcetera. Juanita had all the answers and physically showed us everything we needed to know. We had three lengthy inspections of the property which is 30minutes out of town, and we never once were made to feel like an inconvenience (like another real estate company in the area had done when we asked to look at a property up the road - they also could not show us boundary lines and did not call us back when they said they would!). Juanita was transparent and factual, made negotiating easy and was not at all pushy. I highly recommend Juanita and can not fault her service!
