Judi and her team are very good and I was very happy with the outcome they got for me. My house needed some fixing up before sale and, while other agents suggested a simple handyman or a cleaner, or even to basically strip the house of fittings and sell it bare, Judi had the right contacts to overhaul the house in a cost effective way to make it ready for sale. I found her to be honest in her advice, she had a good marketing plan, and when it came time to negotiate the price with the buyers she didn't give up easily and got them to raise their first offer significantly.
