The headline says it all so we'll expand here. We first met Judi over 10 years ago and she has provided us with comprehensive suggestions, advice and contacts over the months we were preparing to market our property. Judi was an outstanding real estate agent to sell our home in Paddington. Judi has excellent knowledge of the local area and was able to support us with contacting businesses to get our home ready for sale such as:- handy person, stylist, electrician and cleaner. This extra support really helped us in the process. Judi is an excellent communication as it her office and team. We always knew when our Open Homes were, who visited the home during this time and their feedback on our property. She was also very honest about where our home was positioned in the market and what might be the challenges in selling the property. This enabled us to be realistic about setting a reserve for our auction and again this was the trust that Judi established with us as clients. Judi is supported by Michael and her team at Ray White, all of them were familiar with the property and followed up any requests which we had. We were impressed with the marketing of the property, the photos and video and the weekly newsletter. We actually purchased our home from Judi many years ago and we were impressed with her during this transaction and her support, enthusiasm, knowledge and communication skills are as good today as when we met her many years ago. In the week leading up to the auction we had even more communication and she was supportive on auction day. We sold which was very exciting, but we still appreciated the follow up phone call from Judi the following day to check in with how we were feeling. Judi and her team are outstanding at their job and we have loved working with them on the sale of our home.

Not impressed- got talked into an auction I didnt want to do - noone registered and it sold a few days later after putting it on line with a price - someone else sold it. Haven’t even had a call to say congratulations.

Judi and Michael are a fantastic team, deep experience coupled with a great sense of humour and candid approach. Highly recommend.
