Judy did an excellent job in finding a buyer that she already had an interest in buying in the area from her records. They came to inspect the house before photography was done. They made an offer and after small negotiation would had a quick sale before it was listed and advertised. Therefore i had no fees added for advertising. Everything else was easy after that
