Her knowledge of housing market was very good her answers to any questions was immediate .

Judy kept our request for property price and size among other requests for well over 12 months when the property we purched becme avaliable at our price range she informed us and with in 24 hours we decided to buy.No pressure or B&D involved she was up front in all aspects and worked extremely hard to satisfy both her client and us.Through the sale process her manner was unquestionable we had been looking for 2years and dealt with a number of agents and would put Judy at the top of the list it was a plesure to deal with her and would recommend her to any one.

Market knowledge was spot on

Judy did an excellent job in finding a buyer that she already had an interest in buying in the area from her records. They came to inspect the house before photography was done. They made an offer and after small negotiation would had a quick sale before it was listed and advertised. Therefore i had no fees added for advertising. Everything else was easy after that

honest and hardworking

Judy is a great agent and is extremely helpful. With all our real estate dealings we have had with her she has been honest , hardworking and a great communicator. She made the whole process simple and quick. Judy is a genuine person and very easy to get along with. We highly recommend her.

Very happy

Judy was very accomdating, she even came to show us the house on her day off as we were driving by and wanted to have a look. Judy was also very honest and quick to answer any of our questions.
