Very professional , excellent market knowledge and put in a lot of effort with what I thought initially was going to be a straightforward sale of around 3 to 4 weeks. However the sale ended up taking closer to 10 weeks. Perhaps communication could improve slightly and more timely following home opens but overall was very satisfied .

Jules from start to finish was OUTSTANDING, he arranged a meeting with us told us what needed doing for the presentation of our beautiful home, helped us find the best men to repair those small issues at his own time carried out the repairs with top professionals , we did not even have to make any calls. We knew we could leave it in his capable hands. Jules kept us up to date with how many ppl were doing a walk through and within 2weeks Jules had achieved the price we wanted, all in all a very happy outcome. I would recommend Jules as a very 'special agent' who cares.

Jules was the real estate agent for the vendor at the time when we bought this unit, so it seemed like a logical choice for us to also ask him to sell it when that time came, particularly given his continuous involvement with the property since it was built.
