After attending Trinity College in Perth, Jules went on to study a Town Planning Degree at Curtin University. He worked for 5 years at the Mandurah City Council as a town planner and then commenced his Real Estate career in 1986. After 2 years working as a Sales Representative, Jules gained his Agents licence in 1988 and started his own Agency in 1992. The major Franchise group Agency won numerous sales awards and top Office in Australia for 3 years in a row. Jules has worked in all market cycles and understands what is required to achieve results in both sellers and buyers market conditions. Jules has worked with and has extensive relationships with Project Marketing Agents such as McGees, Knight Frank, Burgess Rawson, Finbar and others. He has years of experience with marketing many projects in the Peel Region and beyond. Jules is a previous member of the Peel Chamber of Commerce and Industry group and enjoys assisting the Mandurah community’s strong growth in the Peel Region.

Couldn’t asked for better representation

When we decided to sell our eight units, we knew it would be a challenge. We wanted them sold within just over a month, without compromising on price or the experience for everyone involved. Jules and Candice not only met those expectations, they exceeded them. From the very beginning they listened to what was important to us and worked tirelessly to achieve the prices we had agreed on. Throughout the campaign they kept us informed every step of the way, communicated openly and honestly, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel organised and manageable. What impressed us most was how much they genuinely cared about everyone involved. They worked respectfully with our tenants, the onsite manager, our conveyancer, the buyers and their representatives, ensuring each person was supported. When minor issues arose, they approached them calmly, found practical solutions and kept everything moving forward. Their professionalism, work ethic and commitment to achieving the best outcome never wavered. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure every sale reached a successful conclusion.
