After attending Trinity College in Perth, Jules went on to study a Town Planning Degree at Curtin University. He worked for 5 years at the Mandurah City Council as a town planner and then commenced his Real Estate career in 1986. After 2 years working as a Sales Representative, Jules gained his Agents licence in 1988 and started his own Agency in 1992.
The major Franchise group Agency won numerous sales awards and top Office in Australia for 3 years in a row.
Jules has worked in all market cycles and understands what is required to achieve results in both sellers and buyers market conditions.
Jules has worked with and has extensive relationships with Project Marketing Agents such as McGees, Knight Frank, Burgess Rawson, Finbar and others. He has years of experience with marketing many projects in the Peel Region and beyond.
Jules is a previous member of the Peel Chamber of Commerce and Industry group and enjoys assisting the Mandurah community’s strong growth in the Peel Region.
