Great Communication for Downsizers.

We viewed the property we bought about 3 months prior to purchasing. Unfortunately our circumstances at the time did not allow us to purchase and unfortunately the property was placed under offer. During this process we were kept up to date with any listings Jules thought might suit our needs being downsizers preparing for retirement. Luckily for us the property became available again and we jumped on the opportunity to purchase as soon as Jules communicated with us , and through negotiation with Jules we were successful in our purchase. Jules has been able to answer any questions we may have, and has made the sale an easy process through his great communication skills. really looking forward to enjoying the Mandurah lifestyle once again as we wind down to retirement.
