I couldn’t have been happier with my buying experience with Julia. Her knowledge of the market in Main Beach area was second to none. If I ever decide to sell the apartment I just purchased, I will certainly be giving it to Julia for an exclusive listing.

As always Julia had the expertise, experience and drive to get the job done, with an excellent result for us.

Julia was fantastic. She provided realistic advice, made the process easy, found buyers, and ultimately got a great price for the property. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

My elderly parents were fortunate to buy a property from Julia Keen. She helped them through the whole process and was so understanding and down to earth. Julia was extremely knowledgeable and professional and is a credit to her profession. We look forward to working with her again.

From the beginning, she showed genuine professionalism, honesty, and a very friendly approach that immediately made the process feel comfortable and easy. Nothing we asked of Julia was ever too much trouble. She was always approachable, responsive, and willing to help wherever needed. What impressed us most was that she often stepped in to assist with things we hadn’t even asked for help with a thoughtful & unexpected level of care.

Julia was extremely knowledgeable on the current market. I informed her of what price we needed to obtain and not only did she achieve it, she actually exceeded it. She sold the property on the first inspection prior to going to market.

Julia was a great help to us when we purchased our property. She handled the negotiations swiftly and professionally. She was friendly and efficient and the purchase proceeded without and problems. Thank you Julia

WOW! 1,2,3... that's two properties purchased, and one sold through Julia in the past 3 months. I am extremely satisfied & happy with each property transaction. The selling of the house went way above expectations with sound advice and tips we achieved a contract after the first open home and for more than the asking price! I highly recommend Julia to either buy or sell a property or both as she has shown to be a very solid professional, great negotiator, trustworthy & knowledgeable. Thank you!
