Buyer of a apartment in Main Beach, Qld We fully relied on Julia’s knowledge of the Main Beach market as to what offers to put in. We found her honest in her approach and nothing we suggested or asked seemed a bother. Not only did we settle easily on a price Julia then found us Tennants immediately for the unit. This was an easy transition for us then as Julia knew the Tennants and we are lucky it all worked out to suit all. Julia was also efficient at getting back to us. Any time of day weekend night Julia would reply to concerns.

Julia provides wonderful service. She steadfastly worked to get the best for us and is honest about managing our expectations. She knows the market. We highly recommend Julia.

Julia was professional, attentive and at all times looked after our interests during the transaction. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Julia has been very professional and was always available when we needed her We definitely recommend Julia 100%!!

Julia was very professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She promptly returned our calls and enquiries and was very accommodating in all respects. We would have no hesitation in recommending Julia as an agent for a future buyer or seller.

Julia made the whole transaction easy and seamless. She had great communications throughout the purchase and was very east to deal with. We highly recommend Julia for your real estate needs.

Seller of a apartment in Main Beach, Qld I met Julia 3 years ago when I purchased in Main Beach. I liked her “no pressure” approach back then. What was most important was the sale of my original apartment. Julia arranged a great photographer and got it onto the market quickly with no fuss. Open for inspections were handled with ease and no drama. I recommend Julia without hesitation.
