Negotiating the deal, says Julia, can be a challenge but it’s a part of the job she loves. To balance the high-pressure side of real estate, she loves reading Russian literature and also unwinds in the kitchen – finding relaxation in cooking delicious food for family and friends. Julia has been happily married to her husband, Julian, a piano teacher, for 24 years. With a successful real estate career and a 21-year old son at home, life can be busy but Julia wouldn’t have it any other way.
