Down to earth.

Highly effective agent with strong local knowledge

I highly recommend Golan as an agent- smart, professional and a highly skilled communicator. Golan has a very effective communication style using WhatsApp texts and voice messages to keep clients up to date. He prepared a very realistic estimate based on current market knowledge which proved accurate almost to the dollar on the sale. His professionalism stood out- he did what he said he would do at all times throughout the sales process. Golan was a skilled negotiator achieving a price and outcome highly satisfactory to both parties.
