He gave us realistic and sensible advice about what to expect re likelihood of selling, price to expect etc. Julian is a great communicator- gets in touch when he says he will, always got back to us promptly after open days to let us know what had happened, followed up possible buyers promptly and again reported back to us on outcome. We always felt very confident we were being well represented by Julian.
