From the outset Julien was very professional. He attended our first meeting fully prepared with a marketing strategy and was able to provide us with answers to all our questions. In general Julian was very switched on and committed. However when the successful bid ultimately came via another agent who consequently got the major share of the commission, contact from Julian was understandably less forthcoming but we heard NOTHING from the other agent. This is a situation/policy? that might be worth looking at to ensure follow up is maintained at a high level right up to finalisation of the contract whatever the circumstances.
