The only agent I have ever delt with that works for the sellor

I have sold 3 houses now through Julian. He is the only agent I have come across that puts in an effort. Most do nothing, hope someone comes and asks to buy the property and then try's to make the seller take the first offer. Julian gave me the offers but advised don't accept yet, he can do better. He did more work to get me a better price. Happy to chat to anyone regarding him. I have never met Julian face to face. He did this for me because I was the one paying him, not the buyer. It was a pleasure to work with him and the first agent I have delt with that I was happy to pay the commission to.
