My wife and I came to know Julian when we were looking to buy a property in Wyndham Vale. Despite his age, he is very professional and really knows what he's doing. Very good customer service, he always responded to phone calls and texts at soonest manner when being contacted. As we all know, when it comes to sales, many agents use pushy tactics to close the deal as fast as they can but Julian did not do that. In fact, he always appeared to be honest and sincere. He always gave us insightful advice when we asked. In addition, Julian even came all the way to meet us personally in the CBD twice as he understood my wife and I worked till late and did not have time to come to his office during weekdays.
