Any agent can sell a property in a booming market - The real test of an agent is how well they perform in a declining market. This was the case for my wife and I - we had to sell our Altona property in a "buyers" market. Julian was open and honest from the get go, and kept us informed of general interest throughout the whole process. When things weren't looking good, Julian was able to come up with an alternate strategy - and it paid dividends. Julian applied a very "outside the square" approach to actually find a buyer for our property (no - not just looking through some mystery "database"). Whilst the buyer's initial offer was below expectations, Julian was able to progressively negotiate the buyer upto a much more acceptable price range. Here is where things got interesting - the buyer's finance fell through more then once - and the lengths that Julian went to get us to settlement was nothing short of extraordinary. In short, Julian is extremely good at what he does, is very honest, and very humble, and easily the best agent I have ever dealt with when selling (and this is the third property I've sold). I cannot speak highly enough of Julian and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell in the Altona/Williamstown area. Thanks again Julian!

We recently purchased a property through Julian.
