I used Julien's team for procurement of the property and subsequent management. The team is excellent, Julian knows the market well like he has seen it all. What distinguishes him from the rest is that Julian is extremely savvy for business in a good way, meaning that the deal gets done whether you are a buyer or a seller. I made a formal offer which I thought was very attractive, within 30minutes he was calling me back with vendor to do the final negotiation and it was done. Everyone happy, and smooth transaction.
