We just bought our first property through Agius property group and Juliano has been amazing to work with every step of the way. We were looking for the perfect property in all aspects and have sadly come across some really arrogant and unrealistic agents throughout this journey. This was not the case with Juliano and the team at Agius. Thank you again Juliano for a pleasant experience during a very stressful but exiting time!

Juliano is professional and friendly. It’s very comfortable work with him. He is quick and efficient. He responded promptly and detailed in explaining things. He is highly recommended.

Juliano's professional and personable manner ensured our purchasing journey was pleasant enough. He responded to our queries in a timely manner, and sought to provide the most accurate information wherever possible. He made himself available, and was not overly intrusive or pushy in his approach. Thanks Juliano.

We recently sold our apartment unit in Toongabbie area through Juliano. We found have him very reliable, hard working and persistent. He was honest in providing feedback after each open home. He was quite persistent in following up with interested buyers. He was an excellent communicator and did negotiation well. He helped us to find a buyer who liked our property a lot and worked with us to get to the settlement in record 3 weeks after signing contract. He knew our expectations and communicated to the buyer before hand. I can confidently recommand Juliano for any tough sell. He is absolutely best at it.

We where about to give up looking for house in our price range, we went look at house in Lalor Park exactly what we wanted. Aguis made the offer process simple and quick. Thank you to Juliano

Juliano, though new to Real Estate, showed excellent communication and follow-through skills needed by a professional agent. I'm sure he has a bright career ahead.
