Wow. What can I say about Jules? Simply not enough. We purchased a home in Adelaide whilst living in Sydney. This was a huge deal for us as it was not only an interstate purchase, but also our first home purchase. Jules had great communication and was very transparent from the very start. We were guided through a virtual Whatsapp home tour that went for about 25 minutes outlining the highlights and lowlights of the property. She showed us everything that she was aware had an issue and was open to discussing the vendors wants and the potential of the property as an investment and a live-in home. We were given adequate time to make an offer, discuss our needs and chat with the bank. Jules walked us through any concerns we had and made the process less stressful. Towards the end of settlement we had all sorts of dramas unfold that she tried to smooth over for us. This made us feel like she genuinely cared about us and that we weren't just another sale. The whole real estate agency became involved by its end and they went above and beyond for us. I would also like to compliment Linda and Sandy for the amazing work they did for us during the past week, particularly as Jules was away. The drama that unfolded was a big shock, but we felt very confident and happy with our purchase after the drama settled and we had a better feel for the home. I am excited for this home and will recommend Harcourts Wine Coast and Julie-Ann Ball to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a home in the area.
