Selling one's home can be a very traumatic experience. But much of the anxiety can be diminished by a competent and caring agent like Julie Crittenden. I chose use Julie as I believed she was very experienced in handling properties like mine and I was very pleased with my decision. We agreed on a sensible asking price and she gave me valuable advice on the best way to present the property. There were offers that failed to be fulfilled.
