The reason I chose Julie because I live in Ninderry Qld, and had been watching the market for a little while.The only sign that stood out quite predomantly was Julies, I thought this lady must be good shes in demand, some of the signs sat for a while but a lot were under contract , or Sold so i thought im going togive her a go. So when I spoke with Julie she was very up front told me the market had slowed down in Ninderry and it could take a little time to sell. Julie sold the house in 7weeks. We were over the moon, so to speak, she was honest reliable always early for open inspections and very friendly to potential buyers coming thru, I always disappeared after 5mins but people were very comfortable with her, and so was I.Julie didnt push people shes just got the nack,. I have sold real estate myself in Adelaide where things are a little different, but I was Impressed. I also like the way she added little touches besides all her paperwork she had an esky of bottled water for people to help themselves, I did hear people commenting on that and also a bowls of minties for the nervy ones to chew on.
