Julie was chosen as our agent through a personal recommendation and from seeing her advertising boards on property listed in our local area. Having not sold a property for many years, we were lead by Julie's knowledge of the local area and previous experience. At our first introduction Julie was friendly, motivated and enthusiastic. We were initially offered a great special for photography and a reduced commission, which of course we happily accepted.
