Well, I don't even know where to start with singing your praises Julie so I'll try to list just a few of the many things that you did for us that I am thankful for: 1. Not pressuring us to sign with you which gave me a level of comfort that you were considerate of our needs; 2. Providing excellent advice around the marketing strategy, explaining all options to us and the benefits and disadvantages of each. It's fair to say that your recommended strategy definitely worked best for us; 3. Arranging at very short notice for the photography of our home including great advice regarding how we should present the property. We received such great feedback from potential buyers on the way the property was styled and presented; 4. Arranging for all of the reports to be prepared on our behalf in preparation for the auction; 5. Being available to show prospective buyers through the property at any time and at short notice; 6. Providing us with prompt and honest feedback following inspections and offers; 7. Negotiating a fantastic outcome on our behalf, exceeding our expectations; and 8. For AWLAYS answering your phone when I called, even if is was for the 10th time that day!!! You guided us through what is often a stressful and anxious time and managed to keep us grounded and reassured.
