Julie put an enormous amount of time, effort and energy in helping us to sell our property. She provided a complete service including organising staging, cleaner and other trades to help present the property in the best way. Her advice on not spending unnecessarily on replacing items was equally welcomed. Julie was very honest and forthright. She kept us informed daily on progress. With every open inspection, she followed up with a phone call to everyone who came in, and wrote a report which she sent to us the next day, sometimes on the same day.
