julie is a very good agent. When I ask her if I need anything such as electrician , gardener and furniture renter. She contacted them straight away and ask them to quote the cheapest price for me. For my situation i had some problem with the tax then she did the reserch for me and gave me very important information. I really give her a thumb up and recommend her to everyone
It was go! go! go! from the time Julie first connected with us! She was efficient and effective; going through everything in detail, not assuming that we understood the process. She took great effort to help us consider the different options, clearly explained the likely consequences of our choices and kept us informed every step of the way. Julie is the the best. I had my house on the market for just over 3 months with absolutley no result.. Only open house several times a week but no real action let alone any offers. We decided to take the house off the market due to disapointment and stay another 12 months. The day after we took the sale sign down we had a knock on the door. Surprisingly enough it was Julie from Ray White. She asked if our house was still for sale and I told her it's not ..
