Julie was good at finding them an alternative suitable property which they were happy with. Julie from Louise Carr was appointed to sell our property after our first agent failed miserably. She was very professional in her approach and made us realise all of the things that were missing the first time around. Nothing was done at a pace that we were not happy with. Julie was honest upfront and on the ball from the start. Always kept us in the loop even on her days off. There was no trying to push us in any direction we did not want to go and listened to our requirements.
