Julie works hard to try and get us the price we wanted. She has met our expectation and we are pretty happy with the fast sales and the price we got given market rate was stalling now with investment loans interest increasing and bank restricting foreign investment. Being in the area, she has the knowledge and is able to help us negotiate the best price possible. She constantly updates us on the interested buyers and what is going on with the offers. Though there was not many real interested buyer with market stalling, there was a lot more onlookers, she manage to help us sell within 3 weeks which was a happy ending for us.
