Firstly I would like to congratulate Julie Lock, and other members of the Seachange Team, for their professionalism and knowledge of the Mornington Township especially, and the Mornington Peninsula Area. It was a pleasure to purchase my new home through her. She communicated with me regularly between my purchase and the settlement date. A final inspection time before settlement was easy to arrange. On settlement day Julie met me within 1 Hour of being notified by the Solicitors to hand over the keys etc and offered to assist with any queries I had for previous owner once I had settled in. Seachange Real Estate were a pleasure to deal with

Communication was excellent very professional

Julie did an outstanding job selling our mum's home in Mornington. Julie was honest and professional and kept us well informed of prospective buyer feedback after every inspection. Julie was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their house.

Julie was very accomodating with regards to the availability we had to actually make it to inspections and the like due to odd working hours from shift work. She went out of her way and was always on time as well as having everything we needed to know and more at hand. Very easy to communicate with and took into accounts unto our personal requirements for this transaction. She was never pushy and gave us space to browse and quantify things on a our own as well as a level of integrity and honesty that we appreciated. We can’t recommend Julie highly enough.

Julie has passion for what she does. Her service skills are second to one. Julie is professional, responsive and effective. Julie goes above and beyond any real estate agent l have ever come across. Thank you Julie for the fantastic experience.

We engaged Seachange to sell our Frankston apartment due to prior successful sales through their director Geoff Oxford. This time Julie took the reins and did not disappoint. The sale took a little longer due to all the lockdowns but Julie worked hard with online marketing and arranging private inspections. She was there on time, every time, and showed patience with the usual no-shows. Every lead was followed up and she kept us in the loop with timely reports. We could not have expected more - thanks Julie.

Julie worked very hard to get our property sold in a very difficult market. She is very professional and has excellent knowledge of the housing market.
