You know how a lot of people put Real Estate people and used car salespeople into the same category? And not in a good way! Julie Lock is the absolute opposite of that. Everything she said she would do she did. (Quickly) Everything she did was done in a caring and compassionate way. Such a lovely person to have on your side. Would not hesitate to recommend Julie to anyone!

Julie is one amazing lady, willingness to go above and beyond to assist her clients. Couldn’t recommend her and seachange property enough. Communication is key a Julie has delivered on all aspects. Thank you

When we had a query, Julie was the one to phone. She would always reply even if she was really busy. Thank you Julie for your professionalism. Chrissy & John Becker

Julie approached our sale with a professional attitude and was always courteous, friendly and happy to do whatever needed to get the sale done …

Julie was always available and ahead with communications, we felt at ease and confident. Julie understands the selling process extremely well and we knew immediately that we were in the right hands.

Julie was the first person my wife and I met when we viewed the house that we are now fortunate enough to call our home. She was not only friendly and courteous but had an air about her that instantly put us at ease and quelled any thoughts we had about the 'typical' pushy agents that unfortunately are so frequently found these days. She had a thorough knowledge about the property and the surrounding area which was perfect for us as we had a LOT of questions. And at no point did we feel under pressure or were asked awkward questions about our plans, thoughts etc. After our offer was accepted Julie was fantastic throughout the entire purchasing process and was only ever a phone call away when, (not if) we had questions about what was going on. She was also great at calling to give us updates about what was happening too. Julie's calm and friendly nature was a godsend in this turbulent market and to top it all off she was there to meet us at our new home with the keys, a bottle of bubbly and an overflowing hamper of deliciousness to celebrate this most momentous of occasions. Thanks again Julie for everything and I know you will go far... Nick and Alix

Dealing with Julie was an absolute pleasure. Her professionalism and work ethic was second to none . After the open house she would call us straight away to give us the feedback. If we had any questions Julie would always respond with a call or text even if it was her day off. She was very responsive. Julie made the sale of the house so easy and for a price of more than we asked for. We would highly recommend Julie to anyone that is thinking of selling their property

Julie was very professional and kind to both parties. Her knowledge was outstanding and also her negotiating. Thank you Julie

Julie and the team at Seachange were fantastic at listening to my preferences, designing the optimal sale strategy, assisting with decluttering and staging, producing quality marketing and ultimately selling my Balnarring property for a great price. Highly recommended!

Julie could not have been more helpful, respectful or professional. She was there ensuring that everything post the sale of of home moved along smoothly, and was always just a phone call away if we had any questions or needed advice. Julie also facilitated us having brief access to our property several times to take measurements prior to settlement, always accompanying us at our convenience. We very much appreciated Julie helping with all the little things leading up to settlement and loved the welcome package she brought to our new home (along with the keys) on our move day. Julie helped make our experience with Seachange Real Estate Agency a truly smooth and stress free time.

Julie was incredibly helpful over an extended settlement period and always made sure our requests as the purchaser were attended to. Very professional and would happily deal with Julie again.
