The way she conducted the sale of my unit was commendable. It was officially put on the market on Wednesday, Open House on Sunday with 3 firm offers. The price I got was about what I wanted and was very happy with how quickly it was sold. She was able to organise all the repairs that I needed to do to the unit before settlement. She was able to communicate all that was needed to be done in a very professional and friendly manner. We would have contact every couple of days just to touch base.
