Ex investment rental property. Got the keys Friday, Sold Saturday. Julie and her team exceeded expectations from the moment I engaged them to sell my property. As it was over 15 years since I purchased the property there was a fair bit of work needed to get her back her previous glory so I expected to be spending tens of thousands of dollars and a couple of months to get her to market.
