What many fail to mention is Julie’s kindness, her compassion, her empathy. We recently decided to sell my mum’s home and move her in with us. Mum is very fragile both physically and emotionally. She is grieving the loss of my dad, and is a major stress head! Julie understood this, and was just wonderful. She has a very calm and gentle demeanour that instantly put mum at ease. She treated mum with dignity and respect, and worked hard to ensure that all stressors were kept to a minimum.
