Her advise regarding the sale price and presentation of the house without spending a lot a money was invaluable. The photos of the house were taken at dusk which really highlighted the house and garden features and set the advertising campaign apart from the rest. Ultimately the house was sold within 5 days, after the first home open and achieving the price I wanted. An excellent result considering the current Perth housing market and sales average in excess of 2 months.
