I don't believe both real estate agents - Larry and Julie had the sellers interests at the forefront and were purely interested in getting a sale and hence their commission. Given their initial evaluation estimate was $100,000 over the sale price. I will not be recommending them as agents nor Harcourts overall to anyone.

Julie, and Larry, are excellent agents, especially seeing as we were not very knowledgeable about the Real Estate market. They were so friendly and warm but still spoke to us honestly about everything. They knew so much about marketing and negotiating and worked very hard to sell our place, which we did then they helped us all hours of the day and night with negotiating and securing our new home. Couldn't have been happier with our choice of agents and the total outcome! Recommend Julie and Larry for all!
