I don't know what more i can say. Julie was a great support. Outstanding knowledge, communication; caring and a great listener. She worked hard and got the job done with a minimum of fuss and inconvenience. Lovely person to boot.

JULIE SHIRVINGTON WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO US, AS THIS WAS A DIFFICULT SALE DUE TO THE FACT IT WAS MY MOTHERS PROPERTY AND SHE WAS FORCED TO SELL DUE TO HEALTH REASONS AND WAS ALSO IN HOSPITAL FOR THE WHOLE PROCESS. JULIE WAS UNDERSTANDING OF OUR SITUATION AND PROVIDED THE VERY BEST OF HER KNOWLEDGE AND MARKETING TO ACHIEVE A VERY GOOD RESULT IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING JULIE TO ANY ANYONE EITHER SELLING OR BUYING.

This sale occurred in 5 hours so there was not a lot of time to make an assessment on Julie's selling skills. However on the short amount of time we worked on the sale, we were very happy with her honesty and professionalism.
