The thorough feedback throughout the campaign , and your ultimate summary was spot on , then Edwards auction performance ( well after all you had done all the hard work !) was outstanding . I really feel it is the pinnacle of a real estate agents craft and client focus when the agent can negotiate a buyer above the reserve . Coordinating painting, carpeting, re polishing floors , removing floor tiles , installing a new kitchen and repairs to decking and setting up the landscaping is a thankless task for an agent but certainly a value add for us. The works was seamless , of good standard and fair priced to boot .
