There was initial reluctance to accept my determination to seek a private sale rather than the opt for the "quick and the dead" stresses of an auction. But once that was overcome (plus the obstacle of my insistence that existing tenants be allowed to run full term) it was full steam ahead. Team Taylor (Julie and Madi) swung into action, sounded out the market among existing and potential buyers, and did the deal in pretty quick time - and at a most pleasing and satisfactory price. Along the way they coped with having an absentee vendor, time zone delays and limited access to the property. Always the communication was efficient, prompt and friendly. They also linked me up with equally efficient legal help to ensure all bases were fully covered and I was kept fully and properly informed at every step. Thoroughly recommended.
