From the help and guidance we got in preparing for the sale, the highly professional photos taken and the advertising there were good signs, and these brought out the buyer very quickly. However there were curly issues including with the body corporate and if we had a lesser agent, could have allowed the sale to fall through. I think it was largely through the tenacity and skill Julie exhibited that the sale was saved, and the property settled in a much shorter time than we could have hoped for.
