June and Justine worked extremely hard and with complete professionalism to sell my mothers estate. She achieved a price higher than other agents were recommending to begin listing at and negotiated through some difficulties. I thoroughly recommend June Frank and Walkers Real Estate Ipswich.

Thanks to June and all her team at Walkers Ipswich. Very helpful before, during and after purchasing my first house.

June Frank and her staff at Walkers Real Estate, through their persistence and professionalism found the right buyer for our property for a good price. I thoroughly recommend Walkers Real Estate.

June, Pleasure to deal with you and your staff. Always helpful and professional. As for yourself the ability to be professional, focussed, but also to work on a personal level with us was refreshing and welcome. Accommodating the early settlement on a tight time-lime underlined your flexibility. Liaising with the other parties to make this happen reinforces my assessment. Loved your sense of humour and attitude and anecdotes.

I quickly got the feeling June has a lifetime's interest in and knowledge of the Ipswich property situation. Both she and Walkers had been recommended. I found her remarks and observations interesting and on target. All in all a relaxed occasion for a significant transaction.

We were very pleased with the sale process of our property. Each time there was an open house, June phoned to advise of the number of visitors, each of their comments and reaction to the property as it was presented. Contact was even made when there was no visit to the open house on one occasion. Communication was a key ingredient in the marketing strategy in the sale of our property. Once the house was sold, and there was no need to keep us informed, we received a call as to how the settlement went and that all parties were happy with the result. Great result, and have no hesitation in dealing with June again. I have already recommended her agency to family, friends and business associates.

Thank you.

We recently sold a house in Sadliers Crossing with June Frank. We found June to be very professional with excellent knowledge of the local Ipswich market. June is a great communicator and has excellent negotiation skills. June was patient and supportive through the whole process and we never felt pressured or hassled; something we had experienced with other real estates. We highly recommend June Frank and won't hesitate to utilise her services again.

An absolute true professional! Extremely knowledgable and possess a genuine heart of gold. Under trying circumstances, June raised above and beyond expectations and followed through to make the our transaction as smooth and stress free as possible. Highly recommended to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell property. Great to do business with you June. Kind regards Gia Nguyen

We had a very unusual house to both price and sell and knew that it would take some time and not be easy. The mix of Greek and Federation style, large size and high quality of build together with a relevant price limited the market somewhat. June cheerfully took on this task and worked very hard, was always optimistic and encouraging, very easy to talk to, always on time, helpful with her advice. June sold our home within our desired time frame and price range. Both June and her office staff were always very helpful and good to deal with. We thoroughly recommend June, and Walkers Real Estate, to anyone who has a home to sell, especially if the house is in any way unusual as she really knows, loves and appreciates real estate in Ipswich and puts all her efforts into finding a suitable buyer for your home. Thanks June, your efforts, professionalism and friendship are really appreciated.

June well understands the Ipswich, market, and has a lot of experience. She guided us with the Marketing to get the best results. We were very happy, June and her assistant, kept in regular contact, keeping us informed. She has a very positive attitude, and ensures the buyers are well informed about the property. I think her knowledge of the area, and the benefits of areas, that suit different peoples needs, are definitely an asset to her. Thanks June, I would highly recommend you!

This year we had the pleasure of working with June Frank from Walkers Real Estate to sell our home. We were extremely happy with the services provided by June. From our initial meeting to our settlement, June was there every step of the way. Her initial valuation of our home was both realistic and achievable and indeed set a new benchmark for residential sales within our area. June paid attention to every detail in regards to the sale of our home. She was present at every open house and inspection and provided valuable advice along the way. We were kept informed of the feedback received from any enquiries, inspections and advertising and were also provided with up to date information relating to other local sales within our area - both past and present. June is very much a 'people' person and has the ability to relate and negotiate well with others. Our settlement went through very smoothly with both the seller and the buyer being very happy with the outcome.
