Junelle was amazing in every way through the entire process of our build, we had been judged by previous agents and weren’t given a fair go due to our age, with junelle she was kind, non judgmental and very informative and always responded quickly Monday to Sunday even at 11pm she is always onto it, if we didn’t understand something she would make sure she didn’t skip over anything, every document, any questions we had and if we needed anything at any time she was always there with all the answers.
