I thought I will not buy a property after checking around many properties on the market in Cairns. However, this last house I checked, I met Junelle as the agent. She was very good in pointing the pros of the property and we also discussed the cons. That day, it was pouring rain and I already gave back my car rental. She took me back to where I was staying while we discussed the property. Their forms are user friendly and there is transparency of professional practice. She recommended conveyancers too but in the end I decided to go to my chosen lawyer/conveyancer big firm which she understood and no fuss from her side. Trust and good working rapport with the realestate agent and companies involve with the documents processing for purchase, are certainly huge factors in buying properties specially when you don't live in the area. Thats why every buyer needs to do your due diligence in researching properties and companies you can trust to have smooth transactions.
