Buying property in the over-heated Sydney market can be a tense and fraught affair. We had been looking for the right place, made more difficult be my wife's health concerns, since the begining of the year. We found Justin Ferguson and Rod Vio of Justin Ferguson Property Specialists to be well versed on property in the Cammeray area; but more than that we found them to be very easy and helpful to deal with. We made a number of inspections outside the advertised times; never was there any suggestion of impatience on their part and all our questions about the property were fully and courteously responded to.
