Justin provided us with an outstanding service, acknowledging the challenges we faced in presenting a home for sale whilst residing in it with three young children. His willingness to assist on open inspections to prepare the home for show, and once under contract to be present at the home for inspections and other related appointments helped make the selling of our home so much easier. Justin listened to our preference to not undertake an auction, whilst all other agents suggested that this was the only option to secure the best price for the house. Justin was able to sell our house at Red Hill for slightly more than we thought we would get, within a reasonable time. He was flexible on commission structure (we wanted to give an incentive for a better than expected sale, and dis-incentive for a worse than expected sale, and he was up to the challenge). He also arranged for some garden and stumping work to be carried out, at a reasonable price and on time. This was crucial for achieving the sale. I had initially had some thoughts of trying to sell the house myself, but I am glad I didn't -- there was a lot of tricky negotiation, not to mention a lot of open houses, and I was grateful to have the advice and service of an experienced agent at those moments. Would not hesitate to recommend, especially if your property is in the inner north of Brisbane.
