From the start the strategy was to get as many people through the door as possible and indeed we did with record numbers on two consecutive weekends. This was helped by excellent photos including a fantastic evening shot of the courtyard and even an aerial shot captured by a drone. Although the offers coming in were below expectations, Justin worked hard to keep buyers interested and right until the end of the campaign Justin kept working with the buyers to raise their offers resulting in a high offer which exceeded our expectations and I believe ended up as a street record. Justin went to a lot of trouble keeping us updated with offers and a breakdown of buyer interest and general feedback. We really appreciated the time and effort he spent with us. We highly recommend Justin as a selling agent and we look forward to working with him again in future.
