We didn't want to deal with people, with them going in and out of the house and asking us questions was something we didn't want. In that respect Justin was a boon for us - he handled the people well. So many people came, we were glad he took care of them. Grant told Justin what price he expected and we were pleasantly surprised that we got what we wanted. We knew that there was much to do in the house and we had planned to renovate but not this soon. In our opinion Justin did a pretty good job and we were free of any worries. Communication between Justin and us was exceptional.
