Selling a property is always going to be a difficult experience but when you are selling the family home after 15 years to start a new life up the coast it can be very daunting. I found Justin a good representative to sell my property. I do not, however, believe that newspaper advertising is reactive, nor cost effective in today's marketing. The mid -week Auction that Belle Property scheduled, I found had only one other property listed and a low public turn-out . The Auctioneer appeared not to have a simple check-list, to enhance the property's unique features, but a repetitive generic babble that I found lame. I found it to be a costly exercise.
Buying our first property was meant to be a daunting experience - But Justin and the team were excellent! Justin was quick to return any calls and answer any questions Lara or I had.
